Spar instant money

Spar from saselamani in Limpopo my cc went there to dep R3 000 and Norah Hlungwani the cashier somehow enter another number as the sender and use my cc nu as a receiver and the person who withdrew says hes gonna pay on the 27. The manager was so rude blaming cc, but where did the cashier get this number and pin and why is the store not taking accountability for their fault.
