Spar Indlovu Hazyview breaking covid regulations

Indlovu Spar Hazyview bakery is contributing to the the upcoming third wave. Customers are channelled to a small door leading to the bakery where they must queue for bread. The trolleys are empty and bread is just slapped into a small table and people sont observe social distancing. There are 4 bread trolley which are standing empty. Why do the staff in the bakery not putting the bread in the bread trellises and spread the trellises strategically so that customers dont congregate in one area I dont know. Ephraim ***
