Spar High veld no customer service

Spar Highveld Centurion has the most rudest staff, When i asked the packer if i can pass because he was blocking the way with his storage cage he bluntly told me no, she is washing the floors, I moved the washing bucket out of the way to pass and said to him must we stand and wait until her floors is dry and i passed, while passing the cleaner nearly hit me with her slippery when wet sign as she is trying to dry the floors, Both of this staff is spiteful and beyond rude Where has spar customer service gone to, Shoprite gives better service then spar, There has been a few incidents at this spar, You talk to the manger he does not even apologise he walks away to the back..........
