SPAR HEAD OFFICE REGARDING SPAR GLEN MARAIS KEMPTON PARK

Good day

I have lodged this complaint on Tuesday morning on your website.It is now Friday and still no feed back.

As attached you will see milk purchased on Monday the 21st April at Glen Marais Spar.

My wife was going to make a quiche with all the ingredienst we bought.

When she added the milk to all the other ingredients(flour,eggs,cheese ect) the milk was sour.

I immediatelly went back to the store to inform them.The manager said he could only replace the milk and none of the other items,and I should take it up with head office,which I did but had no respond

What about the cost of the eggs,cheese,flour ect of a cost around R250

Thank you for the feedback. Please can you provide a till slip of the items purchased for the quiche and did you have a till slip when you returned the milk?

I explained to them that the slip was returned with the sout milk.How can I produce I slip now
