Spar Head office and Hercules West Pretoria

In October I wrote to Spar head office, concerning a 5kg packet of chicken pieces that I bought from them. These pieces of chicken were commpletly stuck together with no way of getting them apart, and not even been able to place them into a microwave to defrost them. it appears that the chicken had been defrosted and then replaced back into the freezer in the shop. Well many emails to the head office of this Company, photos of the product, and a promise from them to send me a gift voucher which has never arrived. I am annoyed. this is the final email I sent to them AFTER CONTACTING SPAR HEAD OFFICE ON THE 10th OCTOBER ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH THE CHICKEN I BOUGHT FROM THIS STORE, AND THE AMOUNT OF EMAILS TO THE HEAD OFFICE AS WELL AS TO THIS STORE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE GIFT VOUCHER THEY PROMISED ME. HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE AND I HOPE THAT IT IS SORTED BEFORE CHRISTMAS, I AM A PENSIONER AND CANNOT AFFORD TO KEEP BEGGING TO USE SOMEONES ELSES COMPUTER TO SEND MESSAGES. AND IT ALL COSTS MONEY. GET YOUR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT IN ORDER OR DO YOU WANT ME TO COME AND SORT IT OUT FOR YOU.
