I don't have a problem with staff . My problem how ever is the whole spar group in general. The corporate. Sitting up top an deciding for their franchisees. The way of merchandising was good but lately who ever made up the new way of merchandising is un practical. You have to walk from isle to isle to find things. And that is most spars. I know how things work in Retail and I know its some one in your HO who decided that. Then SPAR hikes prices dramatically with 20% increase . And don't blame it on suppliers as I know the cost prices of some products you sell. . Asking why you lose customers? . Don't go looking for the problem from store level. Go look at your franchise
