SPAR HATES YOU

Spar 2U delivery App is honestly the worst in the industry. They mess up every order and leave things out that they still charge you for. Tonight I placed an order on the app and I charged my account and gave me a delivery time option. After 1 hour I phoned the store and they say - No the delivery guys leave at 6pm. If so why then does the app still allow you to shop...take your money....and offer delivery time options.... then Julia who works at Westville Spar get defensive saying NO NO NO they can't see it on their side BUT ITS TAKEN MY MONEY AND IFFERED ME DELIVERY SLOT CHOICES THEN SAYS PROCESSING ORDER JULIA!

I could have driven to the shop and got my groceries an hour ago if your ****ty app worked anywhere near as well as 60sixty or Woolies dash. Deleted app and will shop at Woolies or Checkers from now on.
