SPAR Hassendal Gabbles - Disgraceful

What a disgraceful and disrespectful management team. we go religously to this Spar due to how clean the branch is. Today we went and bought a few items, after paying we noticed the pricing was not correct so we went to the manager which was at the front door spraying clients hands with hand sanitizer, when approaching him, he was abrupt and not helpfull at all. speaking over me, the paying client. when i asked him to listen to the client he just said go to the next menager which was not more helpful at all. he argued with me about the pricing just telling me that i have limits on my reward card. what bull. also not really listening to the client. if the hundreds of client get done in like me with at least R30 it is thousands they are literally *****ing from clients. this is really disappointing to see that a large company like this believes it is the right way do to business.
