Spar has false Advertising
I went to Spar at the Palms Centre and I would like to withdraw money, I was very rudely told that I cannot draw money as they do not have money to give me, how is it that Spar offers a service but it is not available on request, I feel that this is false advertising and should not be allowed,The lady which assisted me was very rude and I will never but my feet in Spar because of this. I will spread this as far as I go.
