SPAR Grove Nelspruit excellent service

Exchanged a Soda Stream CO2 cylinder on July 30. Only on arrival at home 60 Km away, did I find the unit to be unsealed and empty. By this time I had already disposed of the purchase slip. E-mailed Andrew at Spar with the details of the situation. He called me 15 minutes later. He agreed to exchange the unit as well as supplying me with an additional unit. Went in today and happened as promised by Andrew. Thank you Andrew, Always found the in store service excellent, which is why I purchase from you. Really appreciate the way this was handled.
