Spar Group dropped customers, bad, BAD service

Spar group encouraged the collection of tickets in order to buy Masterchef pots and pans at discounted prices. Completed cards could be redeemed until 12th July 2021 but when I went to the store on 03rd July 2021, I was advised that there was no stock and that no more stock would be received. How is Spar Group going to correct this issue? False advertising and poor service indeed.
