Spar groblersdal staff are rude and entitled

I was at a Spar at the Groblersdal Mall at 15h26 and went to the kiosk to go purchase chicken strips that I absolutely love buying there and every time I go and ask for them I request for them to be put in a grease packet that’s usually used for pies on all the other normal days it’s gladly done but it so happens that today of all days I’m told that it’s not allowed I then request for the thing to be sold to me and I’m told no that’s not possible, the lady who was serving me Rose then decided to cal her manager Ronald and I was told that I need to make them understand my request and til now no one has explained to me which part of my request was unclear... the service at this Spar is nonsense these people are intentionally rude and treat customers like idiots that don’t deserve service..what ever happened to customer service training??
