Spar grassy park campaign ****.

So I collected the stickers religiously for the spar nutrifresh campaign. 2 weeks before the end of the campaign i went to my spar and tried to redeem my two booklets.I was told that they do not have stock yet and that spar is very bad with campaigns. This went on for a while,me going back and forth.He assured me that even though its past the date that we will receive our containers.I then asked for some proof for incase one of his colleagues dont agree.He simply told me that he is giving me his word and then proceeded to show me communication from headoffice.He told me that mid to late January I wil definitely get my 2 booklets redeemed.A few days ago I went to the same store to inquire and the cashier was so rude and told me that I am silly to think I can still claim these and the manager just pretended to now know anything. I feel like I have been made a fool of..I feel humiliated and manipulated as I spent R14k filling those booklets.Spar grassy park used to be my favorite store.i would drive there every other day for my essentials .I refuse to shope there again.
