SPAR Grand Central the worst.

The SPAR Grand Central in the Cape Town CBD has such poor service, they are an embarrassment to the SPAR brand.

On Friday afternoon 14 January 2022 my lady friend and I purchased some items plus two cups of muesli & yogurt at the deli counter. When we asked them for two plastic s****s, the assistant shrugged and said they do not have any s****s. She then sent us to the hot deli, instead of going herself. When we asked for the manager she came, and instead of apologizing went to go look at the hot deli where we just been. They then all started talking amongst themselves in isiXhosa, leaving us baffled.

We returned the two cups of yogurt & muesli for a refund. Poor customer service. They will not see me soon again.
