Spar good for *****ing

I normally purchase from the branch in Sydenham randles road. Your store manager did not acknowledge the double charge of card the transaction went through twice. I have confirmed 2 payments with the bank and yet your store manager will not do anything. I have sort legal advise from an attorney and we will be taking legal action. I have to wait 10 days whilst the bank has now canceled my card and I can not transact now. I would like to hear from. The area manager on how this is going to end.
