Spar Goldman Crossing (Disgusted)

I went to Spar in Florida Goldman street was assisted by a lady by the name Busi ( got the name as i was leaving the shop) i got 2 maybe 3 items then requested for packet of cigarettes as well, she rung up the items and just left no word nothing. After standing there for a few minutes not knowing what's going on i go to the other employees who were standing there and tell them we dont know what's going on lady just up and walked away the manager " im assuming he's the manger " came over as he's standing there with me the lady appears again the manager then says to the cashier to let the customer know not to just walk away and the manager leaves Busi ( the cashier) doesn't even have the decency to say anything she proceeds with the transaction i pay i walk away. As im leaving she says to the other lady in Zulu "akazi akaboni if vele bengiyolanda something its obvious moss" i turn around i ask her what was obvious? She then says that she went to fetch the cigarettes at the back i then proceed to ask what is obvious because the cigarettes are right behind her i point them out. She goes on to say she wasn't even speaking to me, its not her problem i didn't hear when she went to the back i ask the people which i was in the queue with if any of them heard her and none of us heard, even if you were to look at the cameras you can see we all looking around for her confused because she just walked away and said nothing i was appalled at the lady's conduct and the fact that she saw nothing wrong in her conduct instead wanted to have the last word in basically saying im the one with problem. As im walking out i run to the manager (Gary) the one i reported that we were just left there without any explanation ,he saw how angry i was after having a screaming match with one of his colleagues im telling him that i did not appreciate the service i received the only thing he was more concerned about was the fact that i was pointing when i was talking to him mind you this had nothing to do with him but with Busi it was at that point i saw that it was pointless even saying anything to him i even told him so ,clearly its a norm. How i got to know the cashier's name is because as i was leaving one of the ladies who works there asked who i was talking about and he responded and said its Busi and constantly he has to repramand her. So your employee went on to gaslight me making it seem like im a crazy customer whereas its known that shes rude as hell.
