SPAR GLEN ACRES SAFETY HAZARD

I was shopping at SPAR Glen Acres on 5 April, when a bunch of shelves fell down on my foot ant actually cut through the skin of my toe. I was denied an antiseptic cream or ointment and was only offered a plaster after I had requested one. There was not a manaer on duty, but the supervisor came to speak to me only because I insisted on speaking to management. I was told a manager would phone me, but to today nobody has been in contact with me. The shelves which fell on my left foot was stacked on a crate, and tere was nobody around who was busy fixin te shelves. It was left like that unattended. The neatness and safety of this store is seriously questionable due to these shelves being left stacked to serve no purpose, as well as trolleys which was standing around without being unpacked. I also ought 2 Greek salads of wich the cucumbers were off, and the lettuce wilted. Worst spent R70 of my life! This is aabsolutely unacceptable, as I deemed SPAR to be a supperior grocery store. I will not be supporting SPAR Glen Acres again, and I will make sure that all my family and friends are aware of this horrible shopping experience.
