Spar Gelvan dale reward machine out of order! It's been forever

Spar Gelvandale's machine whereby you redeem your loyalty points has not been working for way over a month now. I have spoken to the manager 2 weeks ago and still the machine is out of order. I left my number in store last week and was told he would give me a call but am still waiting and checked yesterday machine still out of order.
