Spar - Fresh goods or old stock that is moulding???

I just bought some ****tail pies at this spar. Upon returning home I noticed that it started moulding in the middle. This is the second time I've purchased something from this Spar which moulded.

This is unacceptable. I would never buy anything from this terrible store again. I would rather drive the extra mile to a better store.
