spar food -phoenix

<p>this being my 3rd complaint - we purchase food all the time at spar phoenix.</p> <p>yesterday - i bought chicken curry and the food was off. my husband ate it and was sick the entire night. i need teh health inspectors to continuosly inspect their food outlet</p>
