Spar food

please can we look into this matter my co workers and myself we are experiencing stomach aches from food we bought over the few weeks. on the 02/05/2019 I bought lunch pap, steak and gravy at the Midrand spar by boulders and I have been experiencing pains and running tummy since and I haven't eaten anything else since then. Can management look into this issue.
