Yesterday, 10 November 2021, I received the most disgusting customer service from a teller. I have no idea what has happened to the customer service. There was a lady in front of me doing a purchase and therefore I social distanced due to the rules. Her son went to get him a chocolate so I waited for him to come back so she can finish up her purchase. As I'm standing in the que waiting, a guy just comes, puts his stuff down at the teller and she starts to serve him. I tell her I'm in the que, she just ignored me and continued to help that guy, when my fiance came he said to her but we here before this guy, how can you serve him before us and I don't know what she said. She just continued helping him mumbling things to herself and therefore we left everything and walked out. They do not know what's customer service. Their service is pathetic. They need to teach their employees customer service. This was just pathetic.
