Spar Ferryvale extremely poor service

i usually visit Angelo Mall Superspar because their service is amazing, never went wrong.

the Smaller spar in Ferryvale nigel is the worst spar i have ever been too and i dont usually go there unless im desperate amd today was one of those days, i bought 3 loaves of unsliced spar bread as i always do, after my purchase i went to the bread slicer to slice the bread and the machine straight up destroyed my loaf, there also was an employee standing right there that did not help until i asked him for help, so he calls an older woman named Elizabeth to help, so i said to elizabeth and i quote "the machine destroyed my bread..." before i could continue she proceeds to tell me im using the machine wrong and offers to assist me so i accepted the assistance, then i request for her to exchange the damaged bread and she refuses insisting i am to blame for using the machine wrong, so i lose my temper and use foul language which i will not apologise for because isntead of deescalating the situation, Elizabeth proceeds to swear at me in front of the whole store and all the customers, because what do you mean i am using the machine wrong, you pull the lever, put your bread in the tray and let go of the lever and the machine slices the bread, i have never in my life experienced such bad service you can bet 1 million rand i will never set foot in that store ever again, i have learned my lesson today, i dont blame SPAR for their unprofessional employees, as a store manager of a Telecoms company, i can gladly say my employees would never behave this way
