Spar false advertising

Can someone please explain to me how Spar advertises gin and tonic combo for R189.99 on their booklet but when you get to the tops spar they tell you no it's actually R229.99 ?? Is that not false advertising ?? I went there running to buy 3 of those for the festive only to find out that I ran for nothing...
