SPar erica road manager is extremely road

I am extremely disappointed how the manager at Spar erica road(Belhar western cape) handled our complaint the manager name is Chris and I deserve an apology from him. I bought a bottle of gordons gin at Spar erica road at 19:30pm on the 13th May 2021 cashier removed the tag and I paid when I got outside I realized that the cap was not sealed I could easily remove the whole tag. When I went inside after a minute to demand a sealed bottled they first called a camera manager by the name of brian(colored guy) and he insisted on first checking the camera and on his return on checking the camera he was extremely rude and demanded on us leaving the store after refusing he called the police – all this time this was happening the cashier was calling the manager by the name of Chris(white guy) -from 19:45 the manager showed up at about 20:10 at the time the police were in the shop and he was extremely rude. He sweared at us at told the cashiers “ to ****en give us another bottle as he wanted to go home”

I strongly feel I was racial undermined as a person and I would like to send a warning to the store and the entire Spar group that they need to respect everyone customer and not be ******s or else they will not have a place to trade in south Africa, I give you 2 working days to respond to my complaint and I will escalate this issue to my red garment organization and we will shut down that spar.
