Spar Eldorado park I will save myself for not entering in that shop again

I will never enter into your shop again.

today 24 May 2018 at around past 13:00 I have decided to enter into your shop to get few items and it happened the trolley that I have taken has a double layer and I took Items that do not get broken easily and group them together. and i have put the tray of eggs the second level I have reached the teller and pay for all the items on the first part of the trolley forgetting that I have put the eggs on the second one me walking to the door way and gave the guys a slip then marked everything then he says how about the eggs then to my surprised i said nooo I forgot to pay them instead of allowing me to pay for them he started to drive my trolley and I followed him without him telling me where we are going we met a lady cleaning the row where he was taking my trolley to and she refuse us to pass then I asked him where are we going he didn't tell me instead he told me of the rules of Spar Eldorado park which he explained that I have to pay the item 8 times (this things are not written any where and some of the cashiers do not know about this)

we went to the first guy at the teller and he says I can for the item since it was a mistake the guy refused and he took me to another teller where he telling to consider my self lucky because he is not taking me to jail because of that mistake on that teller I was made to pay for the eggs two times and he says i must say thank you and told him since I am not a ***** and never have a record of *****ing and i never stole anything from anyone I can't thank my mistake but it is well. so what I will do I have learnt from that incident but I will respect your shop.
