Spar Edgemead Manager Rude and Condescending

On Sunday morning my wife and I went to Spar Edgemead to buy bread. When my wife asked the cashier to give her change in R5 coins the manager intervened and said this could not be done. My wife than had an altercation with him and he politely told her. "You do not speak when I am speaking" He politely told he to "Shut Up". This happened in front of his staff members and his supervisor. When my wife said that she is the customer he said "Around here I do the talking" I don't know how Spar can employ people that do not have Customer Service and People S****s. I am unemployed and app**** to Spar for work and I was unsuccessful. I would do a better job than him as you treat your client and staff members with respect. "Respect is Earned" This manager has brought your company into bad repute.
