Spar eastlynne.. I never buy again there

Spar east lynne is the worst Spar Ever.. I bought stuff that is over 1 year 4 months on the shelf "Spar butter beans" and I reported the matter at head office but I guess they don't take the costumers seriously.. Told me that they'll send me a voucher for the inconvenience.. Til today nothing happened.. And I still have slip and the butter beans
