Spar doesnt respond to client queries

I logged a query in January relating to poor service. I was sent a response on this website that someone will contact me. Nobody contacted me since. I also sent an email to Luyanda Dlamini and i was provided with Ref CC*** . Two weeks later and nobody contacted me. I mailed luyanda again and she said the Rom will contact me. I haven't been shopping at Spar since. you lost over R10000 in business thus far due to not addressing a customer complaint. We done. You lie on Hellopeter and on email creating an impression to customers that you attend to customer complaints diligently. Your ref numbers must be fictitious or unimportant as this ref was never resolved. I haven't been contacted. Its either laying open unattended or was closed **********ly without my approval.<br> <br> Please get your senior management to contact me.
