Spar does not cover their cooked foods

Spar Rustenburg Square is apparently under new managed, the new food section is appalling!!! The food is no longer covered and served by the staff (who we assume are checked daily that they have hygienic equipment as well as personally hygienic), instead, now the food lies open the whole day for customers to serve themselves (buffet style). Customers are talking over the food, coughing, tasting food with the SAME s**** used to dish out for everyone and there are staff members everywhere seeing this happen! My question is, there is a board that ensures that all places that sell food abide to a certain hygienic standard, now is this Spar compliant with the standard? HOW DISGUSTING TO THINK THAT PEOPLE ARE SERVED FOOD THAT HAVE BEEN OPEN TO ALL SORTS OF FILTH ALL DAY LONG!!! Atleast get plastic covers man, there is a salad section with plastic covers so why cant this be done with the food?? SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING, THANK GOD FOR PICK 'N PAY right around the corner.
