SPAR DOES NOT CARE

Spar Se Tiger in Cape Town. Even though I have complained numerous times neither Spar Head office nor the actual branch has taken any notice. I wish I could post the pictures I took of the empty shelves and the dirt. So filthy I have seldom seen. Spar does not care about their customers as if they did they would have done something, would they not???
