SPAR DOBSONVILLE

It is with great sadness that at this day and age customer have to go through a bad service experience . I bought groceries at Spar DOBSONVILLE on the 07 January 2023 and discovered later on that one item was expired which was own branded in house 10kg maize meal , as I'm sending the request my wife is so sick and we highly suspect that its that maize meal .

I discovered this morning that there was hidden white wombs on the maize meal and I took it to the store to log a complaint and I was so humiliated by the stuff including a Manager . I was very disappointed on how the matter was handled , I told that I needed to come early (next day ) and why come back now when the maize meal is finished and my honest answer was we discovered this morning that something was wrong with the maize meal .

Can't believe that I cooked this maize meal for my kids and we ate it for almost a week .

Consumers please beware when you buy your groceries at this specific retail outlet and if possible buy from other reliable and customer centric shops
