Spar Disgrace

If you find yourself in pinetown don't find yourself going to the Spar in Pinewalk. The employees are very rude towards customers, the Spar first off doesn't have the same items that you will usually find in most spar national wide for example something as small as Bread crums. As I was ready to pay for my purchased items in spar at Pinewalk the other day I noticed one of their employees by the name of Zama Cnalane was packing my plastic, my items included food item's, non food items like sanitary towels and toiletries, I bought 2 plastic to pack with so they don't have an excuse to mix my food and my toiletry items, but of course because the employee doesn't care much about what goes where Zama packed my plastic and it was all a mass, food and sanitary towels and lotions in one plastic mind you this is without a clear plastic, this is a No no anywhwas these items can't be mixed, upon me telling the employees as a customer that I am not happy with the whole situation instead of attending to me Zama laughs at my face and ignores me, I proceeded to unpacking my plastic and asked her to repack, I asked her to call me a manager as I was not happy with the service I was being provided as a paying customer, the manager by the name of Mary-Ann Marais was called upon arriving as the situation got hitted up and as a customer I am here complaining she did not ask me as a customer who she found complaining to explain what was going on instead she asked her colleagues what was happening in which they didn't not tell her much, I proceeded on telling this manager the situation and she did not say much but "okay", this reply sent me as a customer into a frenzy as I did not get any apology from both these employees at this point non of them saw the need to defuse the situation and apologized so we could move on I had to point out to them that I have not received an apology instead the lady Mary_Ann Marais ignored me and went straight to another man that was sitting I was told this is the boss. a white man was sitted by the entrance . Instead of receiving an apology from these individuals after explaining the situation I did not instead they ignored us as we saw that we were not being helped we asked if this is being done to us because we were black as they were more than happy to help other races. It's disgusting how we were treated at this spar, as customers that have right and are spending their hard earned money it's disgusting how we were ignored because of our race, we were not affordade the same respect as everyone who else. Do not find yourself going to this spar as you will be very disappointed with the service they provide, rather find yourself going to the Superspar at Knowles which is 5 min away, they treat customers with dignity and respect.
