SPAR discriminates against people with disabilities

The store where service dogs are not welcome

My daughter has a service dog which she needs for severe anxiety. We went to see the management about this issue and they said they understand. Today she went there and was treated very badly. The on duty manager followed her around the store with his phone photographing her. This aggravated her anxiety so that she came home in floods of tears. Am I now to assume that Spar does not care? I need clarification on this issue. As for now, l will never set foot in that store again. The other manager there was only interested to take the side of his employee. Am I to assume that Spar discriminates against people with disabilities. Again please clarify.
