Spar discounts and policies

I shop at Wapadrand Kwikspar and as a pensioner, they always give me a 5% discount on all my purchases.their Silverlakes branch refuse to give discounts, whereas the other large branch in Pretoria only offers 4%, so there are differences in their branch/owner policies. I also hold a small tag to produce when shopping but after I inadvertently pressed the wrong option on my phone, they are unable to reconnect me to get special offers on my phone. I also attempted to subscribe to their newsletter four times, but have not received anything!
