SPAR DISAPPOINTING , HEALTH REGULATIONS ON PRODUCTS AN ISSUE

I purchased a product called Maa's Rootis from Spar in Bergvliet. After driving home I noticed the product had fungi, I had to drive a distance to return the product and when speaking to the store manager he wanted to pass on the responsibility to me to call the supplier and inform her of what had happened. This is completely unacceptable as I am not responsible to use my own airtime to call their suppliers. Certainly Spar should check the products on their shelves as it is completely unacceptable to sell products containing fungi.
