Spar disappointing clients

My grandmother goes to the Spar in Norwood. All the time. She on 3 different occasions have bought the 2kg mixed chicken pieces. On every single occasion she got a mixture of: 1 leg or wing 1 thigh And then the rest is chicken breasts. Do you not think if she specifically wanted chicken breasts she would buy that? She has complained to management everytime and they have said to her they will tell head office. Nothing has changed and she's now sick and tired and fed up!
