Spar delivery app SUCKS

Do Not order on delivery app because you wont get your money back when cancelled.

I ordered delivery 08 Jan 2026 and after payment went trough the app showed that delivery would only be the next day. Since I needed the items for work I cancelled the order and ordered from Checkers that delivered in 40min

The next day I saw the money was still not back in my account and the day after I went to Capitec Bank since it was still showing PENDING on my app that Spar has put a hold on the money.

I have spoken to the SPAR twice was told 14 days and today 20 days later my money has still not been refunded and Capitec said that Spar must release the "Pending" so funds can reflect in my account.
