Spar customer service lacking behind its peers

I have been a customer of the Superspar in Glen Acres, Kempton Park for almost 20 years. Over time the quality of their fresh produce has deteriorated to an unbelievable extent. Don’t buy g****s there! Another problem is that repeatedly the sell by date is not adhered to. I addressed myself to the manager who very rudely recommended I should not buy there any more if I don’t like the quality of their products. After two weeks the Spar headquarters has still not had the courtesy to comment other than elevate the issue. They do not care about customer satisfacStion.

This is not a complaint about the Spar group as a whole but a recommendation to other customers to make sure they get the quality they pay for and look at the sell by date.
