Spar Customer service department useless

I would like to thank Spars customer Service Department for being absolutely worthless, after several emails and calls they promised to help me with their supplier who has defective products Bought From Spar and caused R5500 damage to my property. They did nothing. RECKIT OFFERED ME R500 voucher. Acknowledgement of faulty product,. Thanks Spar
