SPAR Customer Ethics

Wanted to exchange 2 items purchased in error by a friend, so off I went to my local SPAR, Merlot Table View. Was told by them that as they are a franchise Store they could not accept 2kg rice. They don't sell that size. Trundled off to the other nearest , Flamingo Square, to be told the same thing. SPAR do they not represent your precious brand? SPAR do you not understand that the customer is king/ wueen. Seriously ****ed. Don't have a car so walked to both stores...probably 5 ks. Get a life. It's 2021 and times are tough in case you haven't realised that yet. *** if you care to go 20 rounds with me. Otherwise ****off
