Spar Customer Care

I ordered a Lamb from Stoneridge Spar in Vredenburg. When I unpacked it, it was not cut up the way I requested. The Butcher actually made notes of my request. Both ribs were supposed to be whole but only 1 was. The other one was cut up in pieces. The neck was supposed to be cut in the length but was cut up in rings. I even showed the butcher exactly what I wanted. The thickness of the loin chops ranged from 2 cm thickness to 4cm thickness. Their Spar Customer Care Advisor, Joshua Ndlovu, undertook to contact me within 3 working days. 7 Working days have now passed and still no contact from him. What pathetic service.
