Spar ..... Culture

After the opening of the superspar at the mall@55 recently I was nothing but ecstatic as the other 3 spars in the vicinity are nothing but atrociously managed. Staff are constantly working with food or serving from the bakery with a mouth full off food. It seem that it is a lot to ask for help on numerous occasions I have found myself waiting while staff Finnish their conversations totally oblivious to the fact that those people who shop there actually pay their salary. Today I stood in the cue at the mall@55 super spar while another staff member approached the till from the opposite side to pay for food she was wanting to purchase. The two staff Members continued with a conversation whilst i was left to wait. If this was a first time I would probably not even worry but it seems have become a culture that customers are insignificant and can just wait well luckily for us after so many years having to put up with spar Forresthill is now open with Pick 'n Pay, Checkers Hyper & Woolworths so Ciaoo good riddens
