Spar ****py service

Today @ around 5pm at the new spar in rosebank@thezone I went to return washing pwdr I wrongly bought earlier on with a slip in my hand I asked 4 di supervisor/manager he came n told me to go n change it I did I come back he then orders me to go to the back of the line 4 him to change the powered at this time I'm angry I'm I tell him I can't que for 1 thing 2 times that doesn't make sense he then is shouting like I'm 1 of his staff he says "it's not his problem I bought the wrong thing so I shud join the que " At this point I'm thinking to ask 4 my money back would he also tell me to go to the back of the line ! after arguing with he then ask another guy his staff the guy tells him to listen to the customer he then proceeds to help me really if this guy has to ask someone about his own job maybe he doesn't deserve it and the way he spoke to me was disrespectful why should I pay money just to be disrespected in front of people like that ..I'm not sum1 who talks 2 much but I had to raise my voice tryn to reason with him of which I don't know why he was even fighting with me when I came to bring money it really didn't have to turn into something personal..
