SPAR consistency in quality and service

#BlackFriday Consistency is what every client desires. When we buy Malva pudding, we expect it to taste and look the same every time. The Garsfontein Spar does get it right occasionally, but not consistently. We no longer purchase ripe avocados from them due to quality issues. The managers only seem to respond when approached directly, and not a single manager has greeted us at any time. However, the floor staff is commendable, especially the cashiers. It takes one single leader to change the whole team. This could be the dream for 2026
