SPAR Competition promises,promises

My wife won a voucher in the SPAR match and make competition.There were 8 weeks that customers could win,she won the 7th week.All the winners for week 1-6 was published.Now when we call to find out whats going on with the last 2 weeks winners.The just keep saying the will be in contact.And this is going on for 4 weeks already.Please don't launch competitions and then are unable to award prices,whats the use of entering then
