SPAR COMPETION: HOAX OR WHAT?

Received one of those chain messages on whatsapp to complete a survey for Spar's Birthday win a voucher worth R 4 000.00.

Completed the survey and upon same, was asked to send to a further 15 people upon which i received a notification that the voucher would be delivered within 7 days.

Almost 2 weeks later and ...Dololo!

Is this a **** and if its not why not honour your assertions?
