Spar Clubview - rude management

Not happy with attitude of management. I bought an item at Spar Clubview on 7 January, and noticed that the transaction was duplicated on my bank statement. I phoned the bank and they advised that I first go to Spar, show them the bank statement, and request a refund. The store manager did not even bother to look at the bank statement I was trying to show him, or the till slip, he just loudly (loudly enough so that other customers turned to look) told me he can't do anything about it as he did not take the money, and I must speak to the bank. I do not appreciate the way I was spoken to, or the fact that he was not even willing to make an attempt at looking at the statements or slips I was trying to show him, I feel as if I was just treated with no respect and dismissed. I have been a customer at this Spar for 18 years, but after today I will never set foot there again, my business and my money will go elsewhere, as will my recommendations of where to shop.

People are becoming more and more rude, arrogant, and unwilling to deliver the services they are there to deliver. They forget that without the customer, they will have no income, and it is time that we stop allowing service providers to treat us this way. I am so disappointed in Spar Clubview!
