Spar Chatsworth center(molded garlic rolls)

On Sunday the 15th of August I purchased 3packs of garlic rolls from spar Chatsworth center it was for my dad's 60th birthday as we had family coming over when we got home children started eating only for 1 of the parents to find out that the rolls are molded so I go back to the store and they tell me that the Manager's are off so after a while the came to a conclusion that the would double refund me and a Manager will call me on Monday morning to have it sorted out I never received any calls from anyone on Monday so Tuesday I called in I then received a call from a Manager named Collianne who told me she would speak to the relevant people and would be called back on Wednesday as the garlic rolls are not made in spar which is strange because it does not have any other label stating it was made somewhere else but only had a spar label this is my WhatsApp conversation with the Manager ([08/18, 10:58] Marcus: Good morning wt time can I expect the call [08/18, 11:11] Colianne Spar: Good morning Marcus [08/18, 11:12] Colianne Spar: As soon as the supplier responds, we will contact you [08/18, 11:13] Marcus: Okay just 1 more thing I was told by someone that is a spar brand also it doesn't have any label stating that it's from another company. This is not a spar product, we merchandise for supplier [08/18, 11:15] Marcus: But there's no label stating that [08/18, 11:15] Colianne Spar: Having spoken to the supplier, supplier says he can reimberse store for the garlic rolls, however the store has done the correct refund in refunding a doyble money back..
