SPAR CHATSWORTH

At the SPAR CHATSWORTH, they insist that you spend a minimum of R50 before they will pay out your SASSA grant. I'm not sure if they're allowed to do this but I know for a fact that neither CHECKERS nor PICK 'N PAY have this policy. It seems exploitative of SPAR to further burden the already hard - hit grant recipients. I would appreciate other people's opinions & feedback.
